I allotted 4 points for the following reasons. Even though I received no notice prior to re-billing occurring the company reimbursed me fully when I notified them of the fact. In addition the product worked sufficiently for data to be restored. I haven't had to use it since first purchase but, at the time, it did what was necessary for me to continue work.
