Q1. What terms of payment are available on your platform?

A: We have almost all the payment options for our customers, which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners, JCB, PayPal, Fax, Check.

Q2. Can Windows license code work to activate Mac version?

A: We are sorry that we offer different activation codes for different computer operating systems. Hence, the Windows license code cannot work to activate the Mac version. We urge you to get a Mac license code if you want to use AnyRecover on your Mac.

Q3. How do I know that my order is completed?

A: Once the order is completed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within an hour from the time you made the purchase. If you’re yet to receive this email after an hour from the time you complete the payment, check your junk mail folder or contact us.

Q4. How do I get technical support?

A: You can submit your request by filling our online form, or by sending an email to support@anyrecover.com. We will contact you within 48 hours on Weekdays.

Q5. Is the technical support available to those using the trial version?

A: Yes, we offer technical support and assistance both to full and trial version users of our software. Be free to contact us if you encounter any technical problem or issue.

Q6. How can I get a refund?

A: You may be considered for a refund if you haven’t used the software for more than 30 days. The 30 days starts counting from the product purchase date. Check our Refund Policy for more clarifications.      

Q7. How can I cancel the auto-renew subscription?
