"I am not satisfied. It did recover my hard drive storing 10k pictures over 15years: however 2/3 of the pictures where damaged. 2/3 of the files are corrupted and several attempt after it is still not satisfactory. Would not recommend"

"there are too many features/minor functions that need to be improved/added
the whole interface is not that user-friendly. more smaller, but intelligent functions need to be added. a universal interface is needed definitely, as some buttons are missing in different OS or browser.
the "find" function in the data recovery mode seems not working for the whole list of the lost files / directories /partitions ! the function of "recover"ing each lost file/document is hidden, not explicit! anyway, there are too many features/minor functions that need to be improved/added to make it elegant and fine, rather than looks coarse / rough. there is no Chinese version! the price of $99 is a little bit high! the customer support so far is very patient and friendly! the suppot email system refuses accepting the email with more than one attachments like *.PDF or ".rar etc."
