Here is the instruction:

Step 1 Make sure that you have installed the latest iTunes and AnyRecover.

Step 2 Make sure the connection between your device and computer is stable.

Step 3 Use iTunes to back up your device now. Please kindly note that your old iTunes backup may be overwritten by the new backup, so move your old iTunes backup files to another folder if you don't want to lose it.

tipsTip

The path of iTunes backup files on Windows computer is:

C:/Users/User name/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/MobileSync/Backup/{a folder named with letters and numbers}

The path of iTunes backup files on Mac is:

/Users/User name/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/{a file named with letters and numbers}

Step 4 Once you have successfully made an iTunes backup, close iTunes and open AnyRecover. Now you can choose the third option “Recover from iTunes Backup” from the left panel and select the new iTunes backup that you just made to scan. After the scanning, you will be able to see the deleted or lost data on your device.

Note

This way has been proved to be helpful to get back the deleted or lost data on your device because iTunes also backs up the deleted or lost data. Its result is the same as what you can recover by directly scanning your device.

Error 1011, 1013

Please check the path you choose to store the cache files by clicking the gear icon on the top right corner.

If in the path there is any folder named with non-English words, this error will occur. You can click "Select" to choose another folder or create a new folder named with English words.

Once you've done that, you can use AnyRecover to scan your device successfully.
