Follow these instructions to export contacts from Outlook 2013, 2016 or 2019:

Step 6. Once the contacts are exported, click on Finish.
To use the Outlook web version for exporting contacts, you will need to first log into your Office 365 account. The process is quite straightforward.
Step 1. After logging in, navigate to Outlook from the Apps section.
Step 2. Once outlook.com is opened, click on the People option. It will be shown at the bottom-left corner.
Step 3. Next, click on Manage > Export Contacts.
Step 4. After that, you will be asked which contacts you want to export. Click on the "All Contacts" option. You will also need to choose a format for exporting.
Step 5. Next, click on Export and then choose a download location to extract the contacts. The export process will begin.
In Outlook 2010, the method to export contacts is slightly different as compared to the new versions e.g. Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016. Here are the instructions:
Step 1. Launch Outlook 2010 on your computer. Click on File and then navigate to Options.
Step 2. Under the Advanced option, click on Export.
Step 3. Then steps are the same as the above method.
Once the export process is complete, you can navigate to the folder where the contacts are exported and find the new .csv file there. You can import that file to another email service or even to another computer with Outlook for Windows.
